These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hank.Tag website, dashboard, and NFC products — including review cards, stickers, wristbands, and referral gift cards (together, the "Service"). By placing an order, creating a dashboard account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Using the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase products or create a dashboard account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
2. Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
3. Shipping and returns
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns information for details on eligibility, timeframes, and how to request a return or exchange.
4. Dashboard and account responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the review link, referral offer, and any other configuration you set up in your Hank dashboard. You agree not to use the Service to solicit, incentivize, or manipulate reviews in a way that violates Google's policies or applicable law, including offering rewards conditioned on leaving a positive review.
5. Referral gift cards
Referral gift cards are issued by and redeemable only with the participating business that distributed them, subject to the terms set by that business. Hank.Tag is not responsible for a business's honoring of a gift card's stated value.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Hank name, logo, website, and product designs, is owned by Hank.Tag and protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond using the product as intended.
7. Hank Pro subscriptions
Optional Hank Pro plans renew automatically on the billing cycle selected at signup until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that using a Hank product will result in a specific number of reviews, referrals, or any particular business outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hank.Tag will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
